A very professional and friendly family business that helps and supports you at a difficult time.

As a family we have used hoults on more than one occasion. Yesterday was my aunties funeral and they have been extremely professional and sensitive under the circumstances. We had chosen the horse and carriage to take the coffin to the church and when they arrived... Not only where the horses and carriage more beautiful than we even expected it was just perfect for the day. All the staff at hoults turned up looking absoloutly exceptional. The driver of our car really lightened the mood and was lovely with my nana who was very nervous on the day. Robert was also very pleasant when he came to the house to sort the details of what we would like. I would highly recommend and would like to say thank you again for making the day everything we wanted it to be. ❤️

The entire service & professional yet very caring thought put in was most comforting in the handling of both my oldest sons funeral 2years ago & my youngest sons funeral last week. They all did most beautiful peaceful & caring service in the most difficult circumstances of losing both my sons. I can't thank everyone enough for all they done & I couldn't imagine how difficult it must be to do what they do but I'm very much grateful to have had them do it for my boys.

Robert and his team were extremely professional and caring when dealing with both dad's funeral 9 years ago and mum's funeral yesterday. Nothing was too much trouble, every wish was carried out to the letter, from stunning flowers to placement of personal items in the coffins. The Covid situation did not defeat Hoults either and mum's funeral was as lovely as it could have been. Thank you Robert - not only are mum and dad bright shining stars but you too are a shining star in your field. Outstanding.

We are very grateful to Robert and his team for the personal professional service given to us when Mum passed away. From the day of Mums passing to the final committal of ashes yesterday Robert and his team were very sensitive and very efficiently carried out all our wishes nothing was too much trouble. Every detail was organised to perfection Rev Marcia Bown conducted the funeral service at the Crem. and she was also there yesterday for the burying of Mums ashes all arranged for us by Robert and his team. We can highly recommend both Marcia and Robert and the team at JR Hoult and Grandson for their efficient yet caring support at this very sad time. Thankyou Lynne and Stan Sears and family.

Robert and his team are a credit to their profession. My mother's funeral was well organised and everything went smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble and attention to detail was meticulous. Throughout, I was treated in a dignified and courteous manner.
